If you encounter a problem with your App loading please follow the steps below:
- Sign out of your app completely
- Log back into your App USING YOUR USERNAME and PASSWORDÂ
If you are not prompted to use your username and password, you did not sign completely out of your App
- or -
- Delete and reinstall your App from the App store or Google Play Store
You will not lose any data, this will just clear out any issues and re load the app for you.
If you attempt the steps above and are still encountering a problem, please take a screen shot and send it to Support so that we can have the IT Department troubleshoot for you.
