To send the Benefit Loss Imminent email template: Open a Client Card and select the Add Activity option. | |
Select "Email & Document Request." | |
You may select the email template from the drop down, "Benefit Loss Imminent," to use that email template. | |
Then, enter a Subject and click on Add Activity to send the email. |
