If you are experiencing any issues with accessing the Portal, we've outlined some basic steps to assist you. 


Ensure that you are entering in the site address to the URL box and not to a search engine for best results. 






If you are unable to login with the username and password, ensure you are typing it in and not using a saved, cached username or password. 





If you are experiencing then you may need to clear your cache.  Our suggested browser is Google Chrome and we have outlined steps to clear cache on Google Chrome browser.


Click on the three dots at upper right hand corner followed by clicking on Settings.



Click on the menu button on upper left hand side. 





Click on "Advanced" and then click on "Privacy and Security."



Click on the Clear Browsing Data. 




Now, click on "All Time" in dropdown and then the "Clear Data" button.
