You will hear and see the term "Client Card" in multiple places. The Client Card is the record associated with each of your Clients within the Portal. The Client Card houses contact information for your Client, services they qualify for, estimated benefits, next steps and more! This is used for tracking purposes, updates from production, ability to send emails, etc. You will locate each record in your Portal at portal.gmgsavings.com under the My Clients tab.
